🏠 Inside
Some of the best moments happen in the in-between. Coffee while the house slowly wakes up. A puzzle that stays on the table all weekend. The grown-ups lingering over breakfast. Someone slipping downstairs for a game while someone else curls up with a book.
And eventually, everyone seems to find their way back to the river table.
🛏 Where You'll Sleep
At the end of a very full day, everyone gets somewhere comfortable to land. The separate cottage adds something especially valuable to a group trip: the ability to be part of everything and still close your own front door.

🌲 Outside
This is where the best days unfold without much of a plan. Watch for deer wandering through the trees. Listen for birds you don't hear at home. Explore the property. Look up at a sky that actually gets dark enough to see the stars. Someone finds a quiet spot and loses track of time, laughter carries through the trees, and by evening everyone has stories from a day they somehow spent both together and apart.

🌳 The Adventure Tower
This is the kind of thing kids spot through the trees and immediately forget about whatever the grown-ups are doing.
Built around multiple trees and spanning several levels, the Adventure Tower was made for climbing, exploring, imagining and the inevitable "watch this!" from somewhere above your head. And don't be surprised when the grown-ups end up on it too.
✓ Multi-story tree fort built around multiple trees
✓ Bridges and lookout decks
✓ Swings
✓ Slide
✓ Climbing tower
✓ Built for the young and young at heart
🌊 The River
Somehow the pace changes when you get down to the water. Shoes come off. Rocks get turned over. Kids start looking for treasures. Someone settles into an Adirondack chair intending to stay for 10 minutes and is still there an hour later.
This is a river meant to be experienced, not simply looked at.
✓ Private river frontage
✓ Room to explore, fish, float and play when conditions allow
✓ Adirondack seating beside the water
✓ Riverside fire pit
A note from Mother Nature: River conditions change with weather and water levels. Most of the time guests can get into the water and enjoy it, but safe access can never be guaranteed on any particular day. Please use good judgment and enjoy the river only when conditions are safe.
The path to the river follows the natural terrain and includes steep, uneven sections without handrails. Guests with mobility limitations may find access challenging. Water shoes are recommended for playing in and around the river.
🅿️ Parking & Access
Arrival should feel like the beginning of the vacation, not another project to manage.
✓ Private driveway with parking for up to 6 vehicles
✓ Easy unloading for groceries, luggage and gear

I know this house, I care deeply about your experience here, and I want your family to leave with the kind of memories you'll still be talking about years from now. I'm happy to have you.

About the Owner
Hi — I'm Beata. I'm married, mom to two boys (born in 2006 and 2009), a Penn State alum, and my family is originally from Poland — yes, I speak Polish. Over the years we've lived in multiple states and even a few different countries, and one thing I've learned is that some of the best memories rarely happen in the big planned moments. They're usually the little things. The late-night conversations around a fire. Coffee before everyone else wakes up. Kids laughing somewhere in the background while adults finally exhale for a minute.
